Day 2Amboseli National ParkNairobi/Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, check out and drive to Amboseli to arrive for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive. This Park is famous for its big game and scenic beauty with the landscape dominated by Mt. Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at Kilima Safari Camp [Full Board]
Day 3AmboseliAmboseli
Spend another day in the park on morning and afternoon game-viewing drives. Wildlife here includes the zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala, caracal and serval cat, lion, leopard, cheetah, and buffalo among others. There are also over 400 species of birds, including the bee-eater, kingfisher, African fish eagle, martial eagle, and pygmy falcon. Visitors mainly come to watch the huge herds of elephants. The bull elephants have some of the largest tusks in all of Kenya. Visitors can also enjoy excellent views of Mt Kilimanjaro and Meru. All meals and overnight at Kilima Safari Camp [Full Board]
Day 4Solio RanchAmboseli/Solio Ranch
After breakfast, depart to Solio Ranch with picnic lunch boxes, Solio Ranch is one of the finest wildlife parks in Africa, the park is a privately owned conservancy geared towards rhino conservation. Day 5SLake Nakuru National ParkSolio Ranch/Nyahururu/Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, a morning drive via Thompsonâ??s Falls down the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha. Lunch at Panari Resort Nyahururu. Later depart to Lake Nakuru for an afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is one of the Rift Valley soda lakes at an elevation of 1754 m above sea level. The lake lies to the south of Nakuru town, in Kenyaâ??s rift valley, and is protected by Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is among Kenyaâ??s finest national parks. Flanked by rocky escarpments, pockets of forest, and at least one waterfall, the park is pretty year-round. You can also expect to see both black and white rhinos; look past the hordes of horny baboons and see hippos, or perhaps a lucky leopard. There are also about 50 rare tree-climbing lions in the park, spotted several times per week. The usual zebras, buffaloes, and Rothschild's giraffes seal the deal. Day 6Lake NaivashaLake Naivasha
After breakfast, clients enjoy a boat ride and nature walk on Crescent Island, a crescent-shaped peninsula where part of the shooting of the movie â??Out of Africaâ? was shot. On the island, you will enjoy an unforgettable safari in the heart of this enchanting landscape. The island is a sanctuary for many species of birds, including herons, ibis, and weavers. Day 7Masai MaraLake Naivasha/Masai Mara
After breakfast, check out and drive to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, so named to mean the â??spotted plainsâ? in the Maa language. This is home to the greatest concentration of large mammals and is widely recognized as Africaâ??s ultimate wildlife reserve. The park is the northern extension of the vast Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, famous for its annual migration of wildebeest. Arrive for lunch at the lodge and later depart for an evening game-viewing drive until sunset in this spectacular place of breathtaking sceneries, never-ending plains, and the most abundant variety of wildlife remaining anywhere in the world. You will spend the days on game watching with morning and afternoon game drives with the option of an afternoon guided walk with Masai warrior, bringing you closer to nature. Wildlife is abundant in the Reserve with the gentle grasslands ensuring that animals are never out of sight. Birds are prolific including immigrants, 450 bird species have been recorded among them 57 birds of prey. Every year the Mara plays host to the worldâ??s greatest natural spectacle; The Great Wildebeest Migration from the Serengeti. The big cats - lion, leopard, and cheetah - follow the wildebeest, essentially their main source of food, into the Mara. The Mara at this time is packed with wildlife, providing lucky visitors on safari with superb sightings of the game. All meals and overnight at Enkorok Mara Camp (Full Board)
